Member of Legal, Trading Solutions (Brokerage Counsel)

Job Description

• Provide strategic legal advice on new products and features • Strategic legal advisor for OTC principal trading entity • Draft and review compliance manuals, policies, procedures, disclosures • Review, draft, and negotiate trading, lending, and derivative contracts • Work closely with business heads to grow trading solutions business

Qualifications

• Highly organized with a bias for action • Understanding of regulatory frameworks • Ability to apply financial legal concepts to digital asset space • Transactional experience in financial agreements • Experience working in fast-paced start-up environment • Ability to think creatively and propose solutions • Active membership in state bar
