Sr. IT Systems Administrator

Job Description

• Configuring and monitoring MDM Solutions • Improving monitoring systems • Helping to maintain and build internal automation tools • Planning, implementation, maintenance, and execution of various IT projects • Managing the Help Desk Queue tickets escalated from Help Desk Specialist Agents

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology • Familiarity with Windows/macOS MDM Administration, Android Device MDM Administration, IDP Management, EndPoint Security support • 1-3 years of experience working with Cloud Infrastructure in AWS and Infrastructure as Code technologies like Terraform • Excellent problem-solving skills and experience troubleshooting large distributed systems • Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Python, Powershell, and Bash • Experience in navigating high-pressure encounters and last-minute changes • Ability to maintain detailed notes, documentation, and updates to staff and End Users
