Implementation Specialist

Job Description
• Work with strategic customers and partners to integrate with Plaid products • Serve as lead technical point of contact for clients • Partner with internal teams to support client implementations
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in a client facing and/or technology focused role • Experience working with enterprise customers • Excellent project management and communication skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
