Director, Content Marketing

Job Description

• Riskified is looking for a Director of Content Marketing to drive awareness, engagement, and results to the next level • Drive full-funnel content that embodies the brand, demonstrates expertise, provides value to target audiences, and aligns to business goals • Oversee the content marketing function while growing and nurturing a primarily external team of writers • Identify opportunities for new content types, channels, and visual material • Provide guidance to stakeholders for the best formats/deliverables • Collaborate with in-house design team to develop compelling visuals to bring the writing to life

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of professional writing experience and content strategy within an enterprise B2B environment (ecommerce, fraud, payments or fintech experience preferred) • 3+ years experience in a content leadership position, managing a team of in-house writers and external resources • Effective communicator and collaborator alongside excellent writing and editing skills • Demonstrated successes in capturing target audiences through engaging content • Supervise the production of multiple regional projects under tight deadlines • Demonstrated experience utilizing next generation content tools (GA4, Semrush, etc) • Obsessive about measuring and optimizing the performance of your content • Proven track record developing and executing successful B2B corporate-level positioning, content, and brand campaigns
