Senior Engineering Manager, Growth

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience serving in an engineering management role, either building customer-facing products or developer-facing products • 5+ years of prior experience as a full-stack developer (preferably JavaScript) in a hypergrowth engineering environment • Experience managing the delivery of experiments (A/B, Multivariate, etc) that drive measurable impact • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be a builder • Detail-oriented • Customer obsession • Experience managing engineering teams that deliver impactful results as quickly as possible but do so safely and with appropriate guardrails around a mature product experience
