Software Engineer II, Platform

Job Description

• FloQast is looking for a motivated Platform Software Engineer that will play a key contributor role in shipping core platform services on the front-end and back-end that allow FloQast engineers to ship quickly • Help identify engineering opportunities that will delight customers and developers and build solutions that exceed quality expectations • Involved with creating an internal development platform, framework, or core services set • Driven by removing roadblocks for fellow engineers and supporting quick development without compromising performance, stability, maintainability, and security

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional full stack experience doing internal developer platforms or web application development • A full stack mentality that involves learning from terraform to design systems • Proficiency in JavaScript, React, NodeJS and MongoDB. Being able to think and develop in their patterns and practices. The more the better. • Ability to quickly turn developer feedback into engineering solutions
