Job Location: San Francisco, California
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 a year
Job Description
• Coordinate interview schedules for candidates and recruiters • Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and finance for recruitment efforts • Lead and mentor a team of recruiting coordinators • Continuously optimize recruiting coordination processes
Qualifications
• 4-5 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator • Strong organizational skills • Demonstrated ATS experience • Experience setting goals and providing feedback to teammates
