Recruiting Coordinator
Job Location: San Francisco, California
Salary: $68,000 - $90,000 a year
Job Description
• Work with recruiters and interview teams to schedule all phone/virtual interviews, prep calls, and candidate debriefs • Work cross functionally with internal teams and interviewers to coordinate all candidate interactions • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed • Identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline workflows • Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or concerns as they arise • Oversee the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all candidates
Qualifications
• Have 2-3 years of recruiting coordination, executive assistant or related coordination experience • Are comfortable working in dynamic work environments • Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Have demonstrated ATS experience • Are proficient with GSuite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets) • Are able to effectively communicate verbally and in written form with teammates, stakeholders, and candidates • Pride yourself on your strong problem-solving skills and use them to identify issues or blockers in recruitment processes and develop effective solutions to address them • Have a demonstrated commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience and delivering high-quality service to candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders • Experience working at a start-up • Experience in the machine learning or computer hardware industry
