Sr. Fullstack Engineer, SEO

Job Description

• Build user-facing features and ship experiments with NextJs • Collaborate with other engineers to design and implement APIs • Build automation and abstractions (such as reusable UI components) to improve development speed • Work with product managers, machine learning engineers, data analysts and technical leads

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building rich, interactive web applications • Experience working with modern front-end JavaScript libraries and tooling — for example, we use NextJS, React, Typescript, Redux, and Webpack • Experience working with server-side code - we use Hack, Node.js, and Go • Experience leading projects from inception to completion • Excitement about the impact your work could have on the lives of students and teachers every day • Ability to mentor junior engineers • An aptitude for experimentation demonstrated by being hypothesis-driven, metrics-focused, and eager to test and iterate
