Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 a year
Job Description
• Oversee and optimize production workflows and processes • Drive efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness across production operations • Lead and mentor a team of production process analysts and technical experts
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field • Master’s degree or MBA preferred • Minimum of 10 years of experience in production management or process improvement roles • Proficiency in production management software and tools
