Staff Data Analyst - Product

Job Description

• Seeking a Product-Focused Data Analyst to join our team at ZenBusiness • Conduct comprehensive analysis of product-related data to derive actionable insights • Create compelling visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate insights and trends • Provide data-driven insights to support the development of the product roadmap • Evaluate the performance of existing product features through data analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; holding a Master’s degree is a bonus • 10+ years in data analysis, including substantial experience in a role centered around sales analysis • Proven knowledge of product operations, usage analysis, sentiment analysis, and sales effectiveness analysis • In-depth experience working with SQL preferably with Snowflake • Demonstrated expertise in designing and building Tableau & Mixpanel dashboards or similar experience with other BI tools • Experience in Data Observability and anomaly detection with tools like Monte Carlo and Metaplane • A nurturing disposition with a history of encouraging team growth and development
