Inside Sales Representative
Job Location: Remote
Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 a year
Job Description
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media engagement • Prospecting: Research and develop a thorough understanding of the market, target prospects, and key decision-makers • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and effective process • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure alignment and support overall sales objectives • Market Feedback: Gather and report market intelligence, including customer feedback, competitor activities, and industry trends to inform product development and marketing strategies • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics
Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an inside sales or similar role, preferably in the software or healthcare industry • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence prospects • Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement tools, and Microsoft Office Suite • Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments • Self-Motivated: Highly driven, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
