Job Description

• Lead and manage a team of Product Managers and UX Designers • Deeply understand and articulate customer pain points • Drive long term roadmap confidence and clarity • Align cross-functional teams on priorities and roadmap • Conduct market research and competitive analysis • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful product launches • Oversee the end-to-end product development process • Define and track key product metrics

Qualifications

• Track record delivering material company-level outcomes • Experience managing and leading a team of Product Managers • Strong knowledge of the institutional crypto industry • In-depth understanding of crypto market structure • Experience in building, managing and/or using electronic trading and/or market making systems • Excellent collaboration and communication skills • Analytical and data-driven mindset • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
