Account Executive, Customer Sales

Job Description

• The Account Executive is a pivotal inside sales position responsible for acquiring, growing, and retaining customers across the United States. • This role involves managing relationships, articulating the value of FlockDirect and Shared Truckload, and educating customers on the Flock Freight application. • Account Executives drive bookings and revenue growth from both new and retained customers while developing actionable customer sales plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Previous experience as an Account Executive in the freight industry. • Experience with LTL/Partial shipments is a plus. • High activity motor - volume and speed win! • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales and activity quota. • Strong motivation driven by results. • Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to quickly learn new product concepts. • Ability to make cold calls and engage customers proactively. • Desire to work in a fast-paced, startup environment with a strong drive to succeed.
