Ecommerce Specialist

Job Description

• Responsible for managing and optimizing the online store to drive sales and enhance the customer experience • Develop and execute ecommerce strategies and initiatives • Manage and update the online product catalog, including setting up new product listings' descriptions, images, and pricing • Identify SEO best practices to optimize website for search engines • Analyze and report on key ecommerce metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and average order value • Conduct regular audits of product listings to identify and fix any errors or inconsistencies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and achieve business goals • Manage customer service associates and uphold best practices

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ecommerce, preferably in a retail environment • Proficient in Shopify, Google Analytics, SEO, and Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques • Experience in inventory management and fulfillment • Understanding of customer behavior and user experience in an ecommerce setting
