Compliance Lead, Training

Job Description

• Own, design/refine, and manage the Compliance Training Program, including but not limited to strategy, roadmap, and controls to address regulatory and local requirements • Develop comprehensive compliance crypto-related training needs across all necessary jurisdictions • Lead, guide, support, train, and mentor a team responsible for Compliance training • Work with necessary teams to coordinate firm-wide compliance training efforts • Partner and communicate compliance training framework to all relevant stakeholders to ensure the program is implemented and consistently followed • Assist with special projects as needed, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Compliance within cryptocurrency, FinTech, or financial services industries • 3+ years of management experience for a team lead role • Experienced in developing, setting up, rolling out, and managing a compliance training program • Knowledge and understanding of cryptocurrency and financial services regulation • Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to interact and lead discussions with senior levels of management and/or external partners and/or regulators
