Job Location: Los Angeles, California
Salary: $207,500 - $280,000 a year
Job Description
• Lead the Job Seeker Experience Product org • Develop and execute upon a strategy and roadmap • Mentor and lead a team of Product Leads and Product Managers • Establish the product vision and strategy • Build alignment across product teams • Manage project execution and define go-to-market strategy and communications
Qualifications
• BS/MS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, related technical field or equivalent practical experience • 7+ years of product management experience with 3+ years in people manager roles with proven ability to uplevel talent • Experience leading and driving product roadmaps with proven leadership in cross-functional team management, driving execution, and enhancing team productivity • Work efficiently by building minimum viable products and measure, learn, and iterate in a fast-paced environment
