Paralegal

Job Description

• Provide day-to-day support to the Legal and business teams on commercial processes and transactions • Assist with the review, drafting, and negotiation of commercial agreements • Manage and/or support a variety of commercial-related systems, projects, or processes

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of relevant experience and a paralegal certification • Ability to work directly with outside counsel in a cost-effective manner • Experience resolving conflicts and establishing priorities between groups with opposing perspectives and agendas
