Sales Operations Manager

Job Description

• The Sales Operations Manager will work cross-functionally with several organizations at Illumio • Build, run, and analyze reports and dashboards for users and managers • Ensure forecast accuracy and submission for sales teams within Clari • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, best practices, and relevant training materials • Serve as a trusted adviser to sales and sales leadership to support the sales effort

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting preferred • 5-7 years of previous sales operations experience • Proficient with MS Office Suite. • Advanced level Excel skills preferred • In depth experience with Salesforce.com required • Ability to take initiative, work flexibly, and set priorities with minimal direct supervision • Approach and address issues with creative solutions • Strong analytical skills, disciplined attention to detail, highly organized and thorough • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments with competing deadlines • High energy level and passion in getting the job done right
