Field Systems Engineer - P1 Air Systems
Job Location: San Francisco, California
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 a year
Job Description
• Responsible for developing systems with operability and maintainability in mind • Creating technical documentation to enable operators around the world to use and maintain systems • Monitoring in-service feedback and triaging emergent technical issues • Leading root cause, corrective action, and preventative action (RCCA/PA) analyses • Becoming the go-to subject matter expert on troubleshooting and repairing flight systems
Qualifications
• Strong background in aerospace, mechanical, or electrical engineering • Experience in a regulated industry • Record of solving technical problems in a fast-paced environment • Experience with developing, validating, and implementing operating and maintenance procedures • Ability to perform basic data analysis in languages like Python, SQL, or MATLAB
