Recruiting Coordinator
Job Location: San Francisco, California
Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 a year
Job Description
• Schedule and coordinate a high volume of phone, video, and in-person interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency • Manage the communication of all interview logistics to candidates and interview teams • Build highly effective working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross functional groups to ensure a high touch, white glove interview experience from start to finish including improving and streamlining processes as needed • Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to document, enter, and update interview processes in our Applicant Tracking System (We use Greenhouse!) • Meet and greet candidates who are on site for interviews • Assist with the implementation and integration of recruiting-related tools/platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Codesignal, Gem) in addition to other ad-hoc projects • Maintain data accuracy within Greenhouse, and coordinate with recruiting team to ensure information on candidates and requisitions is up to date
Qualifications
• 1+ year of experience in an operational or administrative role involving scheduling • Proficiency with Google Suite (especially Google Calendar, Drive, and Gmail) • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy; ability to be flexible and handle simultaneous moving parts with a sense of urgency • Candidate-centric attitude and drive to provide an unparalleled candidate experience • Proactive communicator with experience collaborating with stakeholders at all levels across the business • A sense of ownership and passion for teamwork and positively contributing to the success and reputation of the Recruiting team • High propensity for customer service and a willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done • Ability to problem solve and adapt to changing priorities and evolving processes • Strong initiative, problem solving skills, and resourcefulness across all stages of the hiring and scheduling life cycle - you can fix any last minute issues without breaking a sweat. • Demonstrated judgment and ability to deal with confidential and sensitive matters effectively • Ability to identify areas for process improvement and give recommendations for how to improve
