Job Description

• Act as internal POC for assigned projects, including set-up and running of meetings, recording and distributing actions, flagging and communicating risks • Collaborate to ensure the work stays on brief, client needs and feedback are understood and addressed, and the work delivered is of high quality • Communicate day-to-day with clients on project intake, status, and updates and facilitate conversations for clarity of feedback/setting of expectations • Work through dependencies and decisions required with internal teams and third parties • Identify and act on organic account growth opportunities in partnership with Client Services • Perform analysis and report on project health, attend finance meetings to inform account health (Metrics include: Remaining forecast, forecast to completion, burn (actuals) to date, % project progress, % budget utilized).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing a variety of digital project types; site builds, ecommerce, marketing campaigns, microsites, maintenance. • Experience in Marketing projects: Social, Media, Creative. • 3+ experience in project finance, pipeline planning, forecasting, road mapping and leadership. • 3+ experience in resource management for projects including balancing priorities, timelines. • Knowledge of collaboration and issue tracking tools such as Box, Jira, Confluence. • PMP designation, SCRUM Master, Six Sigma. • Understand the work they manage and act as a contributor to the project team • Exhibit a positive attitude, communicate clearly, and escalate issues early/proactively to relevant Delivery lead • Build strong relationships with the team across all disciplines: - Effectively collaborate and mentor emerging talent. - Communicate and present scope, timelines, and project health in an effective, easy-to-understand manner for small-medium projects - Present the work in internal meetings - Understand client business goals and objectives as it applies to each project - Seamlessly transition among deliverables and competing priorities - Identify team needed, properly secure, and staff projects at project level - Understand the main forms of digital and traditional marketing and how they differ (where applicable) - Understand the ways technology lives in projects, with a proficient understanding of technology types (app, tech stack, platform, VR, automation, etc., manage small to medium sized projects with a technology component.
