Staff Technical Program Manager, Partnerships

Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced and motivated Staff Technical Program Manager to lead engineering partnerships with TV Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Telecommunication (Telco) companies, and gaming partners. • You will play an important part in coordinating engineering efforts between our internal core engineering teams and our strategic external partners to deliver solutions and integrations. • The Program Management Organization is a distributed team responsible for coordinating programs for Crunchyroll. We use Agile methodologies in our organization, promote process improvements, and lead cross-team communications.

Qualifications

• You have 10+ years of experience in technical program management, in software development, within the technology, telecommunications, or gaming industry. • You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field • You have a technical background with the ability to understand and discuss software architecture, APIs, and system integrations. • You have experience leading complex programs and delivering technical solutions across multiple project teams; you are proficient in project planning tools and methodology. • A bonus if: • You have experience with TV OEMs, Telco companies, gaming partners, or similar partnerships. • You have prior experience in a software development role.
