QA Test Analyst (contract-to-hire)

Job Description

• Manually test software for defects and ensure it meets quality standards • Create and execute test plans for new software releases • Work closely with development team to identify and fix bugs • Prevent regressions and contribute to product quality improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Strong technical background with knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service • Keen eye for detail • Stay up-to-date on industry trends/best practices and emerging technologies related to QA
