Senior Product Manager, Program Management

Job Description

• Develop the strategy and roadmap for your product area • Deeply understand our customers and our market, to build solutions addressing key pain points and opportunities for competitive advantage • Distill complex problems and opportunities into clearly prioritized product goals, focus for your team, and high-quality execution in collaboration with stakeholders across the company. • Help to define and shape Vanta's product team culture as we grow

Qualifications

• Have 4+ years of product management experience at a high-growth, scaling company • Possess a customer-focused mindset, proactively reaching out to customers and prospects, while simultaneously partnering with GTM to understand our competitive landscape and what enterprises need to effectively operate a scaled security and compliance programSystems thinking: Ability to see how various products and features should fit together to serve different user groups, with the analytical skills to justify the approach being taken • Be deeply curious, empathetic, and user-centric, with a knack for driving effective collaboration amongst your stakeholders • Have the ability to bring a product roadmap to life through consistent execution and project management • Have prior experience in the security and compliance space or an interest in learning about security • Excellent communication both written and verbal, to effectively communicate ideas and requirements to team members, stakeholders, and executives
