Financial Systems Manager

Job Description

• Optimizing financial systems within a high-growth environment • Ensuring seamless operation and integration of financial systems • Contributing to the success of the organization and its growth • Investigating and resolving financial software issues • Maintaining accurate system documentation and user guides • Developing and executing change management and testing processes • Collaborating with cross-functional teams for system analysis and improvement • Integrating financial systems with third-party applications and internal databases

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a Financial Systems role or related • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities • Experience working with various financial tools and platforms • Demonstrated experience with handling large data sets and presenting insights • Knowledge of testing and change management methodologies • Proficiency in utilizing a programming language for automation • Familiarity with financial software applications and their functionalities • Understanding of accounting processes and financial industry regulations and compliance
