Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development or a related field. • At least 8 years of experience in a technology-focused company. • Proven track record of designing, implementing, and maintaining impactful development programs. • Ability to manage multiple tasks proficiently. • Strong communication skills, crucial for team collaboration and vendor management. • Knowledge in design thinking, instructional design, and the creation of learning resources. • Excellent skills in consultation, relationship building, and interpersonal communications. • Strong capabilities in influencing and fostering professional relationships. • Experience with Continu (LMS) and Rise (Content Authoring).
