Technical Program Manager/Project Engineer

Job Description

• Coordinate, engineer, manage, and communicate status of Upfit-related projects • Lead efforts to develop integrated finished vehicles • Plan and execute development efforts with Upfit partners • Work with Engineering and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely parts availability • Implement engineering processes and track tasks • Attend Product Development Team meetings • Ensure proper Root Cause Analysis and corrective actions • Manage change control process and new revisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline • Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in Program Management or leading Engineering projects • Proficient in Google Suite/Workspace • Experience working in SmartSheets or MS Project • Experience working in Atlassian Jira • Experience in 3D CAD and interpreting 2D drawings • Ability to contribute to activities outside of primary job responsibilities • Ability to manage and complete projects from ideation to completion • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
