Technical Sourcer (Contract)

Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. • The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top engineering talent, particularly for difficult-to-fill positions in the development of advanced medical robotics technologies. • This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen understanding of where and how to find the best talent in the field of medical devices.

Qualifications

• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify key talent through various online resources. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and attracting high-caliber candidates. • Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Patents, Lens.org, and other relevant databases. • Knowledge: Understanding of the medical device industry and familiarity with the patent process • Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably within the medical technology or related industries. • Experience using patent databases and professional networking platforms to identify and engage candidates.
