Lead Principal UX Researcher

Job Description

• Drive aspects of building out research infrastructure and operations • Lead research across multiple product areas and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Manage and mentor a team of researchers • Influence and inform product process with qualitative and quantitative data • Communicate and share insights from research to the organization • Collaborate with business team on projects and conduct research with clients • Build relationships with vendors for research needs • Stay up to date with user research trends and tools • Research experience in B2B and advertising tech is a plus

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a user researcher at a technology company • Leadership skills to drive research programs to strategic impact using a breadth and depth of mixed method research approaches • Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to surface valuable insights • Expertise in championing research and data-informed decisions across an organization • Comfortable working independently on complex problems with resource constraints • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Passion for research and staying up to date with the latest user research trends
