Director of Product
Job Location: Remote
Salary: $225,000 - $275,000 a year
Job Description
• Own the roadmap and product strategy for a high-growth product area • Lead a team of Product Managers • Establish and communicate OKRs • Analyze and present product metrics for health, growth, and engagement • Align executives and enable teams to deliver • Represent Sauce Labs publicly at events
Qualifications
• Hold thoughtfully strong opinions lightly • 10+ years of experience in product management • Bachelor/Master in Computer Science + MBA or equivalent experience • 4+ years in DevOps product or another developer-focused product offering • Experience driving growth and establishing product-fit from zero • Experience with CI/CD and test in particular is a plus
