Job Description

• Provide leadership and management of the Accounting/Finance team, responsible for recruiting, training, motivating, and developing the needs of the team. • Manage the monthly control process; responsible for SOX adherence, internal, and external audit support. • Partner with business units to continuously improve services, accuracy, and timing of monthly close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and CPA required. • Minimum of 5 years of functional and operational management experience with a focus on process standardization and improvement. • Excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills. • Strong management skills with the ability to influence, manage and mentor teams.
