Lead Project Manager, Treasury

Job Description

• Engage with all aspects of assigned projects - from design through implementation • Manage meetings and monitor progress against deadlines for individual contributors in order to meet C-suite requirements • Maintain project budgets and timelines • Create and update reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis • Interface with external vendors and partners to manage incoming inquiries, working collaboratively with other functions to respond timely to requests • Provide the team guidance on prioritization of tasks and be able to effectively assess complexity to ensure proper alignment of resources

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent • 4+ years of experience with financial markets - either traditional finance or digital assets • 6+ years of Project Management experience leading cross-functional teams • Excellent communication skills ranging from task management for individual contributors to C-suite executives • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, Google applications, and Atlassian applications • Proven track record for project delivery, meeting deadlines, and finding creative solutions when project delays arise
