Job Location: San Francisco, California
Salary: $209,000 - $261,000 a year
Job Description
• Lead financing and fundraising efforts and other strategic transactions • Scale and support the Gemini group’s corporate structure • Manage projects effectively and collaboratively • Build positive relationships with Gemini Leadership and cross-functional partners • Work with the Chief Legal Officer and cross-functional teams to develop and implement a strategic approach to intellectual property management • Collaborate with the Legal team to evaluate and communicate legal risks
Qualifications
• JD degree • 7-10 years of relevant legal experience at a law firm or in-house • Fluency in English
