Lead Product Manager, Recommendations

Job Description

• Lead the development and execution of roadmap to drive more one-on-one connections between job seekers and employers • Identify, validate, and prioritize a balanced roadmap of short-term and long-term bets to level up the capabilities of our recommendations platform • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver machine learning-driven user experiences • Manage project execution and define go-to-market strategy and communications • Build alignment toward a long-term vision with key stakeholders and partners

Qualifications

• 4+ years combined professional experience in product, data science, or engineering • Must be available to work with an engineering team in Tel Aviv (GMT+3) • Hands on experience with matching technology and recommendation systems • Experience leading and driving product roadmaps with proven leadership in cross-functional team management, driving execution and enhancing team productivity
