Third Party Risk Management Analyst

Job Description

• Prove is hiring for a new specialist vendor management role within its Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) group which manages both client and vendor due diligence enterprise-wide. Under the management of Prove’s Third Party Risk Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day business functions that accompany the onboarding and monitoring of new and current third-party services/products. • This role would be perfect for an organized self-starter who is interested in the field of governance, risk and compliance. Although this role will be focused on vendor management, there is an opportunity for the successful candidate to expand their role and gain experience in managing client due diligence requests and assessments.

Qualifications

• 1-3 Years of Third Party or Vendor Risk Management Experience • Undergraduate or College level degree • Tech or SaaS work experience preferred. • Experience working with vendor management software preferred. • Experience working with Jira or any other project management software preferred. • Prior knowledge or experience with global privacy, information security or risk management preferred. • Promote, maintain and enhance our cultural values of humility, passion, inclusion, and leadership. • Strong passion for learning about our products and markets through in-house and external training. • Experience in high-growth /pre-IPO Technology companies.
