Job Description

• Lead a team of Sales Agents to achieve company sales targets • Develop and implement strategic sales plans • Provide coaching and support to Sales Agents • Monitor and track team and individual performance • Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales team success • Drive product development initiatives • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training of new Sales Agents

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience with 2+ years of managing Sales Agents • Possession of a Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines (PL) license • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and performance metrics • Mastery of the insurance sales process • Proficiency with sales software, reporting tools, and data analysis • Dedication to understanding agent and customer needs • Flexibility to work one Saturday shift every 8 weeks • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment with a positive attitude
