Staff Product Designer

Job Description

• Design new products that extend the HRIS suite • Develop deep domain expertise in People Operations, Payroll, and Benefits Administration • Collaborate closely with various teams to deeply understand customer needs and solve them through elegant design

Qualifications

• Over 8 years of experience designing consumer and/or SaaS products • Experience designing complex workflows spanning multiple products • Excellent understanding and eye for visual design principles • Experience developing strong partnerships outside of product and engineering • Strategic mindset instrumental in shaping product strategy • Ability to make complex concepts accessible and develop compelling narratives • Love for design feedback and mentoring other designers
