Associate Director, Network Growth Strategy & Analytics
Job Location: Remote
Salary: $126,740 - $158,425 a year
Job Description
• Drive Our Network Growth Strategy: • Develop and implement comprehensive network growth plans targeting new customers. • Prioritize recruiting efforts, determining the optimal timing, volume, and type of providers needed. • Lead strategy development and manage projects for new growth opportunities. • Support customer and prospect conversations with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. • Optimize providers’ caseloads with well-matched patients: • Enhance the predictability and volume of patient referrals to ensure a steady flow of patients to our network providers. • Ensure that each member is accessing the appropriate type of care tailored to their needs. • Optimize Data, Tools, Reporting, and Processes: • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Business Intelligence and Data Science, to develop and maintain robust analytics. • Continuously improve processes to streamline the Provider Operations department and enhance internal efficiencies. • Ensure accurate and actionable reporting to support decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). • 7+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare industry. • Proven track record of developing and executing growth strategies and managing large-scale projects. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. • Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus. • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and familiarity with business intelligence software (e.g., Looker).
