Job Description

• Lead our B2B growth strategy for companies seeking our EAP+ solution across diversified market segments • Own the strategy to engage with, nurture, and deepen our relationships with consultants in the health care category • Develop and drive our growth strategy to acquire more Payers/Resellers into our ecosystem and strengthen our differentiated voice in this category • Build out and develop a high performing marketing team across our multiple audiences • Own the demand generation strategy and lead our website as a selling vehicle • Lead our event strategy serving a multitude of audiences and goals • Partner with various organizations to ensure we are leading the right conversations in the market • Build out a culture of measurement and investment ethos

Qualifications

• 10+ years of growth marketing experience, B2B experience is a requirement • Strong leadership skills with deep experience leading and mentoring a high performing team • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and growth • A strong collaborative mindset and an ability to work across the organization effectively to build trust and partnership • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Subject Matter Expert: Understanding of the HR/Benefits market is a plus
