Technical Product Manager, Engage

Job Description

• Lead the enhancement of Commure Engage, a platform designed to automate front office workflows in healthcare settings • Take full ownership of the product lifecycle from conceptualization to optimization • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a seamless and user-friendly experience • Drive the successful development and deployment of Commure Engage, ensuring it meets the needs of healthcare providers and enhances patient engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Clinical Sciences, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in technical or clinical roles within SaaS products or healthcare informatics environments • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, and a proven ability to manage complex technology projects across functional boundaries. Experience with SQL and familiarity with agile methodologies are beneficial • Comprehensive understanding of clinical informatics applications and experience in healthcare settings preferred
