Sales Engineer

Job Description

• Partner with customers for pilot onboarding, integration support, and education • Configure platform features for seamless implementation • Ensure external systems are configured and optimized for Orum • Highlight Orum's unique advantages to prospects • Understand customer growth goals and recommend best practice use cases • Maintain key relationships with executive stakeholders • Drive the adoption of Orum's product features • Stay updated on product updates and develop use cases • Identify potential risks to customer success and recommend mitigation strategies • Work cross-functionally to address customer needs and feedback • Document outcomes and insights from the pilot process

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or sales ops experience in a tech company • Experience in SaaS implementation, sales development, or customer success • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience • Strong technical skills and product savviness • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable with ambiguity, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth start-ups • Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams • Experience meeting quotas or expectations • Passion for standardized processes and customer success
