Job Description

• Serve as a trusted advocate to employees, managers, and leaders\n• Observe and identify patterns across the organization, using data-driven insights\n• Ensure company values are instilled in everything we do\n• Provide policy guidance and ensure compliance with laws and regulations\n• Manage benefits and employee-related systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree\n• Experience in the startup space\n• Motivation, excitement, and potential to grow into the role\n• Understanding of company values and ability to align with them
