Global Enablement Program Manager
Job Location: Remote
Job Description
• Work with GEO enablement teams and sales to develop and optimize globally consistent enablement programs • Execute sales training events with a focus on sales kickoff • Collaborate cross-functionally in a global environment • Build a strong relationship with the sales organization • Develop success metrics to measure impact and improve learning programs
Qualifications
• 5+ years' experience in sales enablement, program management, or direct sales • Excellent program management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines • Enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality • Strong interpersonal skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Expertise in adult learning principles and training best practices • Experience working with sales methodologies and processes • Experience with LMS and CMS technologies • Proficiency in Google Workspace applications
