Analyst, North American Operations (Inventory)

Job Description

• Peloton is seeking an Analyst to join our North American Operations team focused on Inventory Control & Operations • Manage performance against KPIs, performing root cause analysis when issues arise • Recommend and participate in initiatives that reduce error & improve operation accuracy • Establish a standardized way of working to ensure all internal and external partners are aligned with Peloton's processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field • 2+ years of professional experience in operations/supply chain/logistics/inventory control • Strong verbal and written communication skills • A growth mindset that highly values feedback • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills • Extremely organized and diligent • Analytical background; comfortable in ambiguous situations • Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), • Advanced or functionally proficient in Excel, comfortable with large data sets • Knowledge of supply chain systems, Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus • Previous experience with SCALE or WMS integrations is a plus • Experience with lean / Six Sigma a plus
