Job Description

• ChargeLab is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join one of three software development pods at our fast-growing startup • Role involves driving high quality and rapid releases, providing technical leadership, working in a cross functional pod, collaborating with product, design, and architecture • Working on a distributed microservice architecture with backend in Java and frontend in React • Primarily focused on the quality of code shipped by you and your team • Hybrid work schedule available for engineering team members

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Software Engineer with a track record of building and delivering products • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or Physics • Experience as a fullstack developer owning features end-to-end • A passion for collaboration and partnerships • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • A passion for mentoring peers • Prior experience in B2B SaaS is strongly preferred • Experience in Java & AWS is preferred
