Job Description

• Coordinate the execution of all projects for assigned brands • Manage schedules, budgets, assets, and overall project organization • Actively monitor project risks and scope creep to address problems in advance • Prepare submissions for projects • Review weekly estimates v. actuals and submit timesheets • Coordinate and run weekly status meeting

Qualifications

• Proven project management, time management, organization, and prioritization skills • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks • High level of language and communication skills as well as an interest in high science • 3-5 years’ experience within Advertising or related industry
