Associate Product Operations Manager

Job Description

• Build and maintain effective relationships with Product Management, Design, Engineering, Data Science and other stakeholders to deliver on department programs and objectives • Understand key development and/or planning processes to assist in the design of best practices, policies, automated procedures and technical standards to improve efficiency and quality • Implement process changes on a prioritized basis • Partner with management and/or aligned stakeholders (Product Manager, Data Scientist and/or Engineer) to analyze data and workflows to determine opportunities for process improvement • Create and maintain documentation to make processes sustainable and scalable • Apply project management strategies to ensure tasks are completed timely and risks/delays are surfaced proactively to manager and stakeholders • Execute on product delivery processes within scrum teams and administer key tech-wide tools and processes as needed based on business demands, and in accordance with business direction • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in project management, data, healthcare, strategy or consulting • 2+ years of that experience involves working directly with engineers and designers • 2+ years of experience with common project management tools such as Jira or Monday.com
