Customer Experience Ops Manager
Job Location: Remote
Salary: $75,000 - $120,000 a year
Job Description
• Design and implement chatbot workflows for seamless onboarding experiences • Collaborate with Business Transformation teams for system integrations • Capture and analyze customer insights within bot flows • Architect and develop best-in-class experiences utilizing chat, phone, and SMS tools • Identify and innovate new experiences for customer onboarding • Partner with Education and Knowledge team to improve AI deflection • Manage feedback loop to improve product experience
Qualifications
• 2-5 years of experience in architecting chat, phone, and/or CRM tools • Strong knowledge of chatbot development, phone systems, and SMS tools • Experience with integrating systems, particularly Salesforce and Intercom • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams • Experience capturing and utilizing customer insights • Proactive approach to implementing new customer onboarding experiences • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Passionate about technology startups • Undergraduate Degree
