R&D Program Manager

Job Description

• Boulevard is seeking a Technical Program Manager in our R&D team to help deliver large programs and initiatives to fuel our growth. • Lead the full lifecycle of large programs & initiatives from ideation through launch and post-launch. • Serve as the connective tissue across cross-functional teams, improving collaboration, decision-making, and delivering value. • Lead program communications with key partners at all levels across the company. • Anticipate and mitigate risks by conducting assessments across the program. • Act as an escalation path for any program-related issues for assigned projects. • Create and improve product and technical operations for program and team efficiency. • Leverage technological solutions like Jira and Confluence.

Qualifications

• You have a minimum of 3 years of software program or project management experience. • You bring energy, ideas, and creativity to the team. • You are proactive and curious by nature. • You have a strong understanding of the product development life cycle. • You have an appreciation for quality and craftsmanship.
